MBR & Envigo – Competitors but united in the Torturing of Beagles

Camp Beagle can reveal that despite that they are business rivals Marshall BioResources and Envigo now work together as a delivery of a van full of beagles can confirm.

Two Impex vans left MBR Acres, Thursday 18th July 2024 one of which United Against Envigo witnessed entering the Envigo site in Belton, Leics.

Envigo, which is owned by Inotiv, is indeed a desperate company… they have recently been fined $33 million by the US courts for cruelty against beagles, their beagle breeding site in USA was closed down in 2022 by the authorities, and over 4,000 beagles of their supply stock seized and rescued to good homes and their  share price continues to spiral down.

Envigo have been banned from ever breeding Beagles again.

Envigo keeps a colony of beagles at their Belton site bred to extract blood and other ‘body parts’; This is exactly the same which happens at the MNR site.

The importation of beagles for animal testing from the USA has come to a halt since October last year following Envigo’s conviction for cruelty and our successful campaign to stop Scandanavian Airlines involvement in the beagle trade

It appears Envigo is running out of beagles to bleed and dissect and they are now having to stock themselves with MBR beagles.

To us they are all beautiful dogs, but in the eyes of the industry, MBR beagles®️ and Envigo beagles®️ are simply products… two different strains with two different copyrights.

Yet we can expose the fact that MBR and Envigo now work together to torture beagles.
