Day 2 of the Heatwave – Beagles will die
The Home Office’s own guidelines state dogs should not be kept in temperatures above 24°C and the weather is going to get hotter over the next few days.
These dogs, well over a thousand of them, are kept permanently confined in METAL industrial sheds with no cooling system in place.
We are CERTAIN that the temperatures inside the sheds tomorrow will be ABOVE 24°C.
Please contact ASRU (Animals in Science Regulation Unit), to insist they intervene.
THIS IS AN EMERGENCY AND IS A RED FLAG AS TO THE COMPLETE LACK OF ANY PROTECTION PROVIDED BY THE AUTHORITIES TO THE MBR BEAGLES AT ANY POINT IN THEIR SHORT MISERABLE LIVES.
