An amazing day yesterday with Anthea, Wendy and Brian Turner, Diane, the lovely film crew and all the beautiful folk that turned up and made this day another day closer to the closing down of MBR.

Wendy, Dad and I on Friday in the pouring rain visited @thecampbeagle – It was a visit that was distressing and uplifting because of the many people dedicated to eradicating an old science that believes in testing on animals even though the failure rate is over 92% when transferred to human trials.
70 years ago scientists didn’t have an alternative but now they do, so why are we, in the UK allowing this American owned barbaric puppy breading farm MBR Acres just outside Huntingdon, Nr Cambridge to trade in such cruelty? MONEY 💰 🤑
It’s a business and our government on behalf of its shareholders ‘us’ are supporting it.
Beagles, used because of their friendly compliant nature, are born here and sent to 3 toxicology testing labs also in the UK. Once there, being born in this hell hole gets a whole load worse 😢
Their lifespan which would normally be a healthy fun loving 12-15 years is less than 1 year and when they’ve reached their ‘use’ destroyed but not in the way you and I would say our final farewell to our own fur babies.
