Whistleblower Footage - The Freezer
We have received undercover footage from a whistleblower showing the freezer inside of MBR where dead puppies are stored.
Inside that freezer are stillborn puppies, puppies put to sleep for failing to meet sale standards, puppies that died before being sold, the remains of dogs bled to death, and mothers and studs killed after being condemned as “not productive”.
The dead dogs are kept in this chest freezer until Stericycle collects them and takes them to Ipswich to be incinerated. Stericycle collects them under the cover of night, using an unmarked refrigerated van, and burns them at their incinerator in Ipswich.
Last year, another whistleblower provided an invoice showing that MBR disposed of 224 kilos (35 stone) of dead puppies in a single shipment.
To MBR and Stericycle, these dead puppies are nothing more than disposable waste. To us, they are innocent dogs betrayed for commercial profit and a failing regulatory system.
