URGENT: Record Temperatures Recorded at MBR Acres

URGENT ACTION REQUIRED:

Temperature on the tiny glass shed window is 38.6°C. The sheds at MBR Acres will be exposed to the sun from sunrise (04:53) to sunset (21:19), today Friday 11th July 2025, with NO shaded areas.

Although there are some fans there is NO cooling system and NO air-conditioning.

Staff at MBR Acres were seen going into work between 06:30 to 07:00 this morning and will be leaving at 3pm due to the high temperatures of the sheds that they should be working in.

Please contact your MP today, and let them know how concerned we all are about the wellbeing of the MBR beagles, particularly during these hot days due to the lack of a cooling system inside of the sheds.

Remember there’s mothers and young puppies in some of those sheds.

DOGS AT MBR ACRES WILL DIE IN THIS EXTREME HEAT.

The RSPCA has been called several times over the past few days and they have confirmed they are not allowed to come to take out an inspection as MBR Acres is the responsibility of the Animals in Science Regulatory Unit (ASRU) in the Home Office.
