Camp Beagle’s aim to close MBR Acres needs the support of other Groups and activists none more so that MBR Suppliers.
MBR Suppliers is a Facebook Group which targets companies which supply goods and services to MBR Acres requesting they terminate any contracts – to put simply if companies don’t supply the goods and services which MBR Acres desperately requie they can’t function.
An example of the collaboration is the events which happened last night as MBR Suppliers explain on their Facebook Page
“In the middle of the night, an unmarked gas tanker made a delivery to MBR Acres, the secretive puppy factory farm in Cambridgeshire which breeds 2,000 dogs every year for the UK research industry.”
“Camp Beagle were up all night doing some fantastic research and we can now confirm that the tanker belongs to Avanti Gas. Avanti have previously told us they were boycotting MBR. They lied, so puppies continue to die.”
“Please contact Avanti today and urge them to keep their promise.”
“As a reminder to MBR and anyone considering supplying them; you are not smarter than us!”
This joint action illustrates perfectly why Camp Beagle is camped outside MBR Acres 24/7 – to be their nosey neighbours and to record and monitor their every move.
What other company would ask for a LPG delivery at 10.00pm in a unmarked tanker and from a company who contacted Camp Beagle in May of this year advising that all contractual ties with MBR are cut!
