At the very start of the video you can clearly hear a loud THUD coming from inside the Impex van.

It sounds like a dog crate falling, that hasn’t been secured properly… we’ve heard the same noise before.

At the end of the video you see the Police escort laid on for the Impex van at great expense to the taxpayer and also at a time when Nick Dean, Cambridgeshire Police Chief Constable, complains that his force is under resourced and under financed.

In addition, note that the Police Constable is more concerned that the Impex van is safely on its way, than his own safety as he is nearly ‘taken out’ by an oncoming white van – how ironic would that have been?
