In this new series of Meet the Monsters, Ladies and Gentlemen meet Cyril Desvignes puppy killer extraordinaire and No. 3 puppy killer in the Marshall BioResources (MBR) puppy killing machine.
It should be noted that Cyril only took over as head of MBR’s European operation after the previous holder of that nefarious title, Ghislaine Rondot, was imprisoned in Italy on cruelty charges.
