Short Film: A Van Full of Beagles

A Van Full of Beagles is a haunting and powerful British short film that follows a woman on a quiet drive with a devastating cargo: a van full of beagles destined for animal testing.

Inspired by true events still unfolding across the UK, this story peels back the curtain on a world raising urgent questions about complicity, conscience, and the cost of silence. Stark and deeply human, it challenges us to look closer at the choices we accept as normal.

The film is inspired by the work of Camp Beagle who have brought national attention to the plight of laboratory dogs. We’re working closely with the organisation to ensure this story is told with integrity and truth.

We’re proud to share the film which was shortlisted for the Pitch Film Fund, and is a quarter finalist, listed for the main fund with Slick Films.
