Tom Harris was arrested by CaMBRidgeshire Police after climbing over the fence of MBR Acres using some ladders, and then climbing on the roof of one of the dogs sheds.
As reported on Tom’s Instagram Account the Police have announced that all investigations following this arrest have now been dropped, and there will be no further legal action.
Tom said,
On April 26th, I was arrested after climbing on the roof of MBR Acres, a puppy factory farm that breeds 2,000 dogs every year for the UK research industry.
Today I learnt that all investigations into me have been dropped, and there will be no further action.
I told the police this would happen at the time. Climbing a fence is not a crime.
The lesson here is, as I said at the time, if you see a ladder, climb it. Don’t let the cop in your head stop you from exercising your lawful right to protest.
The thugs in this video only have power if we give it to them. If we all stand up and do the right thing, they have nothing.
I will of course be taking legal action against Cambridgeshire Police.
