Impex Services International & HMRC

As we enter the 4th week of no Impex death vans coming into MBR Acres to collect innocent screaming beagle puppies we’d like to share some more bad news for Impex as researched by a Camp Beagle researcher.

Companies House are taking action and now we need HMRC to get on their case.

On the Gov Website it clearly states, ‘Changing your details’

‘You must keep your VAT registration details up to date’.

‘Tell HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) within 30 days of any changes to the: Name, trading name or main address of your business’.

‘You might need to pay a penalty if you do not tell HMRC about changes within 30 days.’

Clearly Russell Morgan (Pictured Left) has failed to inform VAT/HMRC of his Principal Place of Business (PPOB) for Impex Services International Ltd as it is still registered at 3, Cosy Nook, Thrapston, Kettering, Northamptonshire. NN14 4PS a site that he vacated some years ago.

‘The registered address should be the PPOB, this is where official correspondence will be sent. Normally, the PPOB is the place where orders are received and dealt with and the day to day running of the business takes place.’
